Shipping: We are usually able to get your order sent out by OVERNIGHT COURIER if your order is placed by 2pm Monday - Thursday . South Island and Rural addresses can take up to 2 -3 days
Estimated Delivery Times
North Island: 24 - 48 hours
South Island: 24 - 72 hours
Please note that these time frames are estimates, and are based on indications given to us by our courier service providers. We usually can't ship to P.O Box addresses however if this is an issue for you please contact us as we might be able to arrange special instructions for your delivery.
If you need to make a claim for any goods lost or damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0800 767677
International Shipping: Unfortunately we only offer shipping within New Zealand.
Pricing: Prices shown for all products are in NEW ZEALAND dollars. Prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur, and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. If you have ordered a product that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase.
Availability: If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will do our best to let you know. We will also provide you are best estimate of when the product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change. The availability information presented on our Web site and provided by our account managers is the best, most up-to-date information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability.
GST: All prices on this site include GST (Goods and Services Tax) by default. The GST content is 15%.
Changes and errors: We do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, but occasionally mistakes do occur. Pricing, product availability and offers subject to change without prior notification. We reserve the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product discontinuation, or typographical, photographic or technical errors in online or print advertising.
Funko Pop Returns Policy
At Popvinyl.nz we understand that as collectors of Pop Vinyls you want to receive your items in the best condition possible.
Funko have their own Quality Control program to ensure the products they are producing meet with their company standards.
However, it is important to remember that Pop Vinyls are a relatively low cost, mass-produced item and therefore variations do occur during the manufacturing process.
These variations can include but are not limited to:
- slight creases or scuff marks on packaging,
- flocking paint variations or inconsistencies,
- small rips or tears on packaging,
- minor pain or colour variations,
- stickers included or not included on boxes.
These are all considered "minor-variations" in a mass-produced product.
You should also keep in mind that the packaging of these products is exactly that, a way to get the actual Pop Vinyl from A to B. They are designed to assist retailers and Funko themselves to promote and sell what is inside the box - the collectable toy.
Popvinyl.nz will not be able to offer refunds or replacements for Pop Vinyls that these minor variations. This policy has been put in place as the products are considered fit for their intended purpose, which is a fun, low cost, collectable figure to play with or display.
Please keep in mind that what is considered "minor" by one individual may be considered an "issue" by another. We will continue to contact customers if there are variations that we believe might cause our customers concern, however, we will not be able to contact everyone and our decisions on what is considered "minor" will be final.
We will continue to meet our requirements under the Consumers Guarantees Act regarding any loss or damage of items during transit.
General Terms and Conditions
Terms, conditions and policies subject to change without notice. Popvinyl.nz is not responsible for late or delayed shipments. Popvinyl.nz retains title to items purchased until said items are paid for by the purchaser and at that time the title passes to purchaser.
Returns Policy: Popvinyl.nz is here to provide our customers with the highest quality products however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 7 days of the order number date for a credit note or exchange , please note you will need to pay return delivery shipping and we will need to charge you shipping if you would like to be sent another product.
Please note we do not offer refunds only credit notes or exchanges so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will replace them or offer a solution as per the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you do want to return the product for a credit note or exchange please fill in our returns authorisation form giving the reason for the return and which option you would like to go for. Send the form with your product in its original shipping box and condition along with a copy of the invoice. The additional shipping costs will also need to be covered by the purchaser. Please email us at email@example.com if you require return authorization form. For your protection, we recommend that you use a tracked-delivery service if the value of the return item is more than $50.00. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the incorrect item to you, or if the item is damaged or defective.
Returns: When you send your item back to us, we will inspect the returned item then notify you via e-mail. You will receive a replacement item or a credit/exchange note for the original amount providing the product passes inspection. If the replacement item or credit is not received after 14 days from the day you sent us your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect: If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will credit the cost of sending the product back to us providing it passes inspection. POPvinyl.nz will only send you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) once we have received and checked the original item(s) returned.
If the item was damaged in transit: If your item is damaged in transit please contact us immediately as we can lodge a claim with the freight company that was used. Please note we are only able to accept returns on damaged figures not damaged POP! Vinyl boxes as unfortunately these are considered packaging by the freight companies we use.
If the item is defective: In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, you can return the item(s) to us. Complete the returns authorisation form for your item and send it back to us and if found to be faulty due to manufacturers defect as per the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. It will be replaced if found to be faulty.
If we sent you an item you did not order: In the unlikely event that you have an incorrect item(s), you can return the item(s) to us unworn and unlaundered in the original packaging and we'll make sure you are not charged for it. Complete the online returns authorisation form for your item(s), Once we receive the incorrect item(s) we will dispatch the correct item(s) ASAP. POPvinyl.nz will not be responsible for shipping a hat back to you if it has been returned and is not faulty, has any stains/wear marks or does not fit one of the return categories on the returns authorisation form. Privacy Notice at POPvinyl.nz, we respect your privacy and your concerns about how the information you provide might be used. The personal information we receive from our customers is kept private - we do not sell or share this information with anyone outside of POPvinyl.nz. All information provided to www.popvinyl.nz stays at popvinyl.nz. On occasion, we e-mail bulletins or product specials of interest to customers who have purchased a particular product. If you are not interested in receiving these mailings, you can unsubscribe at any time by following unsubscribe procedure described in the e-mail.
When you order from our site, all information is fully secured via SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. We collect the following information: your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information and a password in order to complete your online order. Your order is then process through our payment gateway system Payment Express , which helps fully secure all purchases done on our website by credit/debit cards. We take all the necessary pre-causions on all purchases, and we do in-depth security checks on all orders! You should feel 100% Comfortable when shopping online, and we try our best to make our customers feel that way.
How Information is Used:
We do not sell or rent your personal information to others or 3rd parties. We use your information that we collect from you only for the purposes of filling orders, contacting purchasers to inform them of their order status, and sending promotional information, enhancing the operation of our site. Please note that if you enter your details to be notified when an item is back in stock then you will automatically be added to our mailing list as well.
